Supporting Raw Talent of Pakistan.

Let me start by asking you a question. Who deserves more? The one who spends weeks planning the video, planning the location, writing a script, getting the actors ready, and a decent amount of rehearsals and on the other hand there are those who pull out their phone for 7 seconds and lip-sync to whatever the song or the words are being said which aren't their original too. And if I speak about equipment, gadgets, and financial investment there is a huge contrast between the two.

To be honest I don’t have any issues with TikTokers personally but I am writing this article just to highlight what goes behind making videos for a Youtuber and why do I think that they deserve more support and attention than we give that to TikTokers who don’t even put 1/4th of the effort a YouTuber does.

Yes, I do believe not every YouTuber is hardworking, and not saying that every TikToker is useless but that’s the case in the majority. The YouTubers such as Mooro, Irfan, Ukhano, etc. put their heart and soul and everything they have towards making their videos. From visiting different countries and cities just for content to investing everything they own to let it be time, health, or money.

For Pakistan it is even harder for YouTubers to survive as the CPM(Cost per Million) is pretty low as compared to the YouTubers in the west. CPM is the amount that a person gets on per 1000 views. The CPM is sufficient for the creators in the west plus the views they generate is like elephant and ant for those in Pakistan that’s why I think our YouTubers deserve more attention and support.

The main reason for me to write this article is to play my part in supporting the “Raw Talent of Pakistan”. So now what can you as a reader do after reading this article? Well if you are an individual reading this maybe you can start subscribing to the well-known and the lesser-known YouTubers. If you are a company maybe try contacting the YouTubers who maybe invoke your interest for your promotion and you can sponsor them directly as this is one of the major streams of income for them.

I’d like to conclude by saying that everyone does get what is written for him but if we can support someone by putting a bit of effort and it doesn’t cost us anything and that support is also going towards the right and the deserving person then why not support and share them as I do believe they play a crucial role in putting Pakistan on the different maps of the world and promote a better, welcoming and a peaceful Pakistan.
